Payment Terms
Milford Ceramic Tile, Inc. uses 3 methods of payment for our Impronta dealerscustomers:

- Responsive Credit Line
- Itemized Statements
- 24 Hours Online Availability & Bill Payment
- Flexible Promotions and Competitive Interest Rates
- Credit Card Payment:

- Cash/Check Before Delivery (CBD)
- 2% Discount (Material Only)
- CBD payment will be processed electronically prior to material leaving our warehouse
Milford Ceramic Tile does not offer in-house credit terms.
In the event there are insufficient funds available through GE Money, customers will be required to provide a credit card number in order to process their order.
All payments and credit will be issued to GE Money. No payments will be issued to Milford Ceramic Tile, Inc.
Purchase Orders
- Buyer shall submit written purchase orders via fax to 508-634-1325 or through our secure retailer website. All orders will receive an order confirmation. No telephone orders will be accepted.
- Each purchase order is in agreement with the Term and Conditions offered by Milford Ceramic Tile.
Shipping Policy & Charges
- All material will be shipped direct via common carrier or LTL. Upon receipt of material, customers must inspect the material for any damage. Damage and/or missing pieces must be noted on the bill of lading. Any material accepted and signed for by the customer whether damaged, missing or other is the customer’s responsibility. All claims for damage or shortages should be made by the buyer and noted on the Bill of Lading and the customer is responsible for notifying Milford Ceramic Tile within 24 hours upon receipt of the material so a claim can be filed with the carrier handling the shipment.
- On orders over $400, shipping charges of $45.00 will apply.
- On orders less than $400, shipping charges of $60.00 will apply.
- On orders shipped via UPS or Fed Ex Ground will incur a $15.00 packing charge in addition to standard shipping costs.
Discrepancy Claims
- Claims stemming from discrepancies between packing slip or invoice descriptions or quantities must be made in writing within 24 hours of material receipt. Any claim not presented within the specified time limit shall be waived.
Material Returns and Restocking Charges
- No product of any kind shall be returned without the prior approval and specific shipping instructions from Milford Ceramic Tile.
- Returns will only be approved within 30 days of the original sale, and only if a relevant shade is still in stock in our current inventory.
- Material must be in full unopened boxes only.
- Unless otherwise agreed, all material returns shall be assessed a 30% restock charge.
- All returns will be credited back to the customer’s credit card account, whether GE Money Account, or other. Absolutely, no cash or check will be issued for returns.
Shipping and Delivery Schedule
- Material shipment shall be subject to and contingent upon the timely receipt of an approved order by Milford Ceramic Tile.
- Milford Ceramic Tile will have deliveries from Impronta Ceramiche at least every 2 weeks. Orders maybe shipped direct from Impronta for an additional charge.
- Milford Ceramic Tile shall not be liable for the failure to meet required delivery dates due to causes beyond its control, including unavailability of product, strikes and other labor difficulty, riot, war, fire, delay or default of common carrier, or other delays beyond Milford Ceramic Tile’s reasonable control.
Limited Warranty
- Milford Ceramic Tile makes no actual warranty of its own, but will pass through to its buyer the manufacturers warranty to the extent that such warranty is provided. In the event that the buyer discovers a product to be defective, Milford Ceramic Tile will assist the buyer in notifying the manufacturer of such defect. Milford Ceramic Tile makes no express and/or implied warranties whether of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise. In no event does Milford Ceramic Tile assume nor shall it be liable for consequential or special damages, or for installation adjustments or other expenses whether direct of indirect.
- Absolutely no claims considered after material has been installed. All material should be inspected prior to installation.
- Shading is not a defect, but occurs naturally in all kiln fired products. Tile setter should work from several boxes to achieve an even blend.
- Chipping, scratching and wear are not defects. All tiles can chip, scratch and wear.
Acceptance of Sales Orders
- All sales are subject to acceptance and no sales are final until accepted by Milford Ceramic Tile.
